Roppongi Hills Halloween

In 2022 (as with 2021), the usual parade in which up to 3,000 kids participate is canceled. Instead, there will be a “Halloween mobile walk rally”.

The rally (the name for a Japanese activity in which you collect stamps) is open to costumed children, 12 years or under with a smartphone. Participants check-in at various check-in points around Roppongi Hills using a dedicated app. If they get three or more, they receive a pack of sweets.
